Drop-off at Magic Kingdom?

I have been reading that the parking for MK involves going to the TTC first. My mom will be renting an ECV, but how to get her to the turnstyles before we get one???! Is there a place to drop her off closer to the entrance like where the busses drop off? We will most likely be staying offsite and driving to the park. She cannot walk far at all, a bit with her walker but we dont want to lug that in.

Also, might there be wheelchairs in the parking lot to get her to the entrance, but we will be arriving late (4pm) in the day for MNSSHP so not sure what will be available.?!?!?

Normally they replenish the wheelchairs in the parking lots, and also people on their way out will leave them. If you park in the disabled parking, and there are no wheelchairs there, one person can walk over to the gift show (on the right near the ticket booths) and get one and take it back over to here you are parked.

If you go to the "drop-off" area you would then have to go all the way back out past tohe toll boths to come in again to get into the parking lot itself.
