Going to build a droid with my son. Are the droids ok for a 4 year old. Also do they still offer the package price where you get a droid, chip and bag for $165?

Yes, I've seen kids who looked like 3 or 4 at the depot. You will have to help carry the droid around the park since they're heavy for young children.

Did this with DD when she was just shy of 3 and while I obviously did most of the building, she was right there helping me and watching. She insisted she wanted it, then was afraid of it once we came home from the trip. I think the way it seemed to move on its own confused her, I dunno. But now she wants to play with it and enjoys having hers interact with mine from a prior trip.

At the time I think they still had the bundle available with the bag and personality chip but this was March 2022 so I can't remember for certain.
