Droid depot reservations

Is anyone able to make droid depot reservations? Every time I try, i get almost all the way through, and then I get an error "we cannot complete your purchase at this time, please call 714-781-STYL for support" When you call that number they say they are no longer operating, and hang up on you. I've tried laptops, phones, clearing Cache, incognito windows, multiple browsers, and confirmed my credit card is working, but nothing works.

We made droids in October 2019 and again this month on October 9. No reservations were needed; we walked right in, paid, and immediately began selecting pieces for our droids. We also walked into the Droid Depot several times in November 2019 and January 2020, and never witnessed a situation when reservations would have been necessary.

I had the same experience as longtimedisneylurker in mid-September. I asked the CM and they said reservations weren't really needed and that they had plenty of walk-up (in fact, that's pretty much all I saw).

The only other thing I can suggest is to make sure that the credit card info you're using is correct. I had issues making dining reservations once because the expiration date on file did not match the expiration date on the card (I'd just gotten a new card). Otherwise, you've tried all the other things that I can normally think of.
