Driving to parks

Our family is booked to stay at Wyndham Bonnett Creek the week after Easter 2014. We will be driving ourselves to the parks. My idea is to park @ Epcot (since it is so close) & take the monorail to MK instead of parking at the Transportation & Ticket Center & then taking the trolley, monorail, etc. It always seemed to us that the parking @ MK was always the longest & most frustrating.

My question is -- Does anyone see a glitch in this plan? How long does the monorail from MK to Epcot run after MK closes?

I think it would be easier to just go ahead and park at MK. The drive is only a few extra minutes. If you park at Epcot you will have to get on the monorail to T&TC, then get on a different monorail to MK. Same for when you leave. It just seems like it's going to take longer if you park at Epcot.

Agreed. If the Epcot monorail took you right into the MK it would be quicker but it only takes you to T&TC then you change to another to take you in. You might as well just park at MK and just take one monorail in.
