We're trying to decide whether to keep the snow tires on or get them switched before we go. Considering how little snow we've had this winter...
Do you think we're better keeping them on? We'll be traveling on the I75 and staying in Vero so the car will be used everyday. My husband mentioned the mileage is better without them.

I would switch them if it was me. I've been told to not drive on winter tires during summer but I can't remember why.

Theres probably a few reasons but one that comes to mind for me is that it will damage your winter tires. By that i mean it will get rid of all that tread thereby making them less effective for next year.

I'd take them off , there always seems to be that one last big snow fall in March but once you get to Georgia your not going to need them at all. When ever it's snowed on my trips down the salt/plow trucks are out quick .
