Driving to Chef Mickey's

We have very early ressie's for the character breakfast one morning (7 am) We are staying at POP and will have a car. Would it be better to drive to the Contemporary - or are we even allowed to park there? I know we could take the buses, but good grief, I don't want to be at the stop at 6am. I am confused as to the best way to get to Chef Mickey's so early with Any advice?

You can drive and park there. We park there all the time when we eat at Chef Mickey's for dinner. It would be much quicker I believe than taking a bus and doing the transfer to get to the hotel. I am not sure how early Magic Kingdom opens that day but if you are going to that park that day you could park at the Ticket and Transportation center and take the monorail to the Contemporary for breakfast and then either walk to Magic Kingdom or take the monorail.

Everytime we have been to Chef mickeys or Ohana they have given us a 2 or 3 hr parking pass. (enough time to eat)

I think because the proximity to Magic Kingdom they don't want people parking their cars there and leaving them.

Based on the early hour of your ADR, driving directly to the CR is your best and easiest option

Yes, you can park at CR. They will give you a parking pass more than likely good for a couple of hours. Then you can just take your car and drive to whatever park you are going to that day.

Drive! Sleep the extra 1/2 hour it would take you to wait for the bus, get to the TTC , walk to the monorail and wait for it, then ride over to CR.

Definitely drive! We always drive to Disney and have tried the transportation system with no luck. You're better off driving so you have a way to and from right when you want!
