Driving time to The Dolphin from GA/FL Border?

We'll be spending the night in Kingsland, GA. on the way down. What is the approximate drive time from there to The Dolphin on an early Sunday morning? Is there any route that's preferable or we need to avoid that day and hour?

3 hours 21 minutes at a constant 70 mph, however realistically with possible traffic slow downs, restroom stop, etc. figure near 4 hours.
