So in a month we will be driving to disney. It takes 24 hours but if we take breaks and spend the night some where, it woukd take 2 days! So I was wondering what would be some fun ways to keep me and my younger cousin, and brother occupied? Oh and some traveling items that would be good to have on the trip? Thanks!

If it were me, I would bring my ipod and a car charger or some sort of thing that charges ur ipod ( like for me when I go on vacay, I bring my alram clock, which charges my ipod too) and I love to read and write and draw, so the necessary materiels for that, and of course my phone and a car charger! But that's me. It all depends on what u like 2 do. If u like to read a lot, bring books. If u love music, bring an ipod or mp3 player or something that u can listen to music on. If u love to play sports, u can bring something like a soccer ball or a basket ball and play at the hotel. And what really helps to cut time is taking naps while ur on ur way thr. As for keeping ur bro and cousin entertained, I recommend the same thing... What d they like to do? Also, bring snacks!!! It hepls fight off the hunger, which makes driving wit ppl a lot less painful when ur not hungry and cranky. If ur cousin and bro like to play games, google something loke games to play on a road trip or something. Those r actually a lot of fun and it hepls pass the time :)

Hope that helped!

Also, if ur missing school, bring ur hw! It passes the time, and u get hw done :) lol

Sounds like my car trip! my list has always been..
*cell phone
*ipod
*laptop
*water bottle
*sunglasses
*paper
*pens
*stuffed animal :rolleyes1
*blanket for car
*change for vending machines
*Your own pillow
*books

If you have an ipod, you should download a movie or two on it. I did on our last long car drive and it kept everyone in the backseat occupied.

*Cell phone & car charger
*MP3/iPod & a car charger
*Books
*Laptop
*Portable DVD player & movies
*Pillow & blanket for the ride there
*Homework if you will be missing school
*Some card games

That's all I can think of right now :)

I drove down to Florida from NY. We left at about 8:30 pm and drove through the night. Then the following morning, we stopped at a cracker barrel for breakfast (if you haven't eaten there, i highly recommend it. So this is what i do, i bring my ipod and before i leave, i fill it up with disney music, movies and tv shows. I also bring my laptop, portable dvd players and tons of dvds. Make sure you have bags of snacks and a cooler with drinks. Believe me, its going to come in handy. Also, last year we brought a bucket or paper bags, just incase. My little cousin got sick on the way there, and my brother got sick on the way back so, it did come in handy. Dont forget to bring a blanket or pillow. I usually wear pjs when i go on long trips, so im comfortable. I can usually read in the car so i bring my disney planning book and read parts of it in the car. Dont stop to go to the bathroom every hour!! Stop probably every three or four hours and make sure everyone goes when they have the chance. And if you want to save time, get food at a fast food place suck as Mc Donald's instead of sitting down and have to wait. Hope this helps and have an awesome time!
