Driving from WDW to Panama City?

Does anyone know how long this trip takes and what is the best/fastest way to go? Thanks

We went to WDW from Panama City in 2005 and I think it took 5 to 5.5 hrs

From WDW go to INT 75 north to INT 10 west and then take hwy 231 down to Panama City.
