We've driven from Toronto 3 times. Each time we use #75. It takes us 3 days. We take our time and only drive in daylight hours. We need a lot of potty breaks. We usually stop in or around Perrysberg Ohio the first night. We always go to Corban Kentucky to the KFC museum-restaurant. There is a car wash beside it where we get Ontario salt washed off the cars. Gas is always cheaper there as well. Second night we have stayed in Atlanta, or other places in northern Georgia. Third day, we make sure we stop at the welcome center in Florida (Ocala?), and it is usually nightfall when we get to Orlando. If you have small children you may need to give yourself more time. If it is adults only it can be done in 24 hours with no stops. Of course, you have to allow for the weather, and driving conditions. Perhaps if you post on the Canadian board you may get other ideas.
