Hi - we are staying at OKW and have breakfast reservations at Ohana's at the Poly. Should we drive between the two resorts or is there a bus that can take us there? Also, what about going to see the decorated lobbies - bus or drive?

TIA!!

I would drive. If you want to bus, you would have to bus to MK and then monorail to Poly, there is no direct bus.

THANK YOU for moving - wasn't sure where it needed to go!
And thanks for the reply!

I would have to say it is far easier to drive. You can walk to Polly from TTC. You do not need to get on the monorail if you don't want to.

Another vote for :car:

Since there isn't a bus that goes from resort to resort, you'd have to take the bus from OKW to the MK and then monorail to the Poly otherwise.

I agree.

I'll tell you what, I'm on the Point A to Point B thread and I said to DH, if I was relying on Disney transport I would not make ADRs at a resort not in my direct vicinity (monorail or Boardwalk). What a pain to "transfer here," "park still open then..." etc. If you have a car, you will use it to get from resort to resort for sure.

And OKW to MK resorts is so easy. You could drive there and back a few times, I'm sure, before the bus gets all the way around OKW and to MK and then you transfer (see, that word) to monorail or boat....

I think it took me longer to type this post than it will to drive from OKW to Poly.

Enjoy!

If you have a car use it. If you don't, taxi.
It's silly to take the buses from resort to resort. As already posted, buses do not go resort to resort. Why even bother comparing the two?
