driving from orlando airport to international drive/universal area

is there a better/easier route from the airport to international drive? i will be arriving in orlando at about 8:40pm on a thursday night and will have to pick up a car and drive to my hotel. i would like to know the fastest way to get there. are there any tolls to pay along the way?

it's about a ten mile drive on the Beeline, and there are two .75 cent tolls. as far as a faster way, I'm clueless.

The part of I-90 that runs through the downtown area is commonly referred to as "The Shoreway." It's also not the way you'd get downtown from the airport. I was just making a point. My bad there.

You could take the Beeline west to where it ends at I-4 and go North/East on I-4 to the I-Drive exits( Sand Lake Rd. , Kirkman, Universal Blvd.), there's also a Sand Lake rd. exit at the Beeline where you would take it north until you hit I-Drive.
