It is so easy. You take a right out of the complex - a very short distance, you take a right on the new toll road. After the toll, it is the next exit, straight into disney. I think it is $1.00 toll each way, but so worth it. Sorry I don't know the names of the roads - my DH did most the driving.
The fastest way onto Disney property is the toll road using the East Orange Lake Blvd exit (River Island) mainly because the lights to get onto 192 can take a long time and the lights to take a left off 192 can also take a long time. The East Orange Lake Blvd allows you to take a right onto 192 and 1/4 mile up on 192 to take a right onto the toll road (429 I think - it splits OLCC property). You have eliminated the wait for the lights as you can turn right on red as long as there is no traffic.
Rather than return to OLCC using Western Way onto the toll road and pay the toll, you may wish to head toward the Animal Kingdom Lodge. The exit to the Animal Kingdom Lodge is the next stoplight, I believe, after the Western Way exit. There should be a sign that states the Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Take a right at this stoplight. If you go under an overpass and see McDonald's on the left, you have gone too far. Once on the road to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, stay in the left lane as the right lane will take you to the Animal Kingdom parking lot which you don't want. About 1/2 mile or so before the toll booth for the Animal Kingdom parking lot, there is an exit on the left hand side to go to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Take this exit.
At the stop light, take a left (you are on Sherberth Road). You have a couple options here. The first is to continue on Sherberth Road until you get to a stoplight. Take a right at the stoplight, you are now on 192 and OLCC is 3 or 4 miles up the road.
Alternatively, just before the stoplight, Sherberth Road takes a sharp right. At the end of the sharp right is road to the right. This is Black Lake Road. Rather than driving up to the stoplight, take the right onto Black Lake Road. Continue on Black Lake Road until you run into a stop light. Take a right. You are now on 192 and OLCC is about 1 mile on the right.
Black Lake Road runs parallel to 192 for a couple miles without the stoplights that are on 192. Just before the stoplight, Black Lake road will take a 90 degree left. You can tell you are there by the 7-11 gas station that will be on the left about 1/4 mile or so before this sharp left.
I take this route to and from WDW with the only problem that I mentioned at the beginning, the timing of the lights getting onto 192 and taking a left off 192.
