Driving from MCO

Hi!


Will anyone be able to provide me with a detail explanation of how to get from MCO to WDW. I understand there are different exits at MCO and the one via SR 417 is quite fast and less traffic jam?

We are also thinking of making a grocery stop at Publix at Town Center Blvd. How do we branch off to Publix and then continue our way to WDW.

We greatly appreciate your advice.
