Driving from MCO to Embry Riddle

Figured I would go to the experts as I have conflicting directions from google,AAA,yahoo and the college web site & hotel site-will be driving to Hampton Inn Daytona to visit Embry Riddle on a Wednesday night arriving MCO 6:30pm. If you were me what routes would you take? Also, any advise for trip back to airport next day (Thursday) leaving school around noon. Many thanks!

Not knowing what the map programs are offering as choices, I would go Beachline (528E) to the toll road (417) to I-4 and then I guess to I-95 (I don't know where Embry Riddle is specifically).

The quickest way to get from MCO to Embry-Riddle is to take the north exit out of MCO and take 528 East (the Beachline). It a toll road, so have some change ready. Take the exit for state route 407 (Challenger Memorial Parkway) to I-95 North. Take I-95 north to exit 261 - International Speedway Blvd/state route 92 east. Embry-Riddle is on the right after you pass the speedway and the airport entrances (you'll also pass an Olive Garden and a Hampton Inn just before the right turn).

Too bad the Daytona airport has only a few direct flights - it's right next to Embry-Riddle and would save the driving and such. I used to fly Continental into DAB when my daughter was at Stetson. It was a handy alternative to MCO.
