Hey, I don't post a ton over here (DL board is my home). But I'm starting to do online Drivers Ed. I just started tonight. I was doing just the first chapter, first section and it had 5 sub-sections that took forever to read. My eyes are fried from staring at the screen. I have only done 7 out of 15 sections of the first chapter. It's all just going really slowly right now. But it'll all pay off soon right?! Anyone learning how to drive too?

I can't wait to get behind the wheel.:drive:

I'm taking Drivers Ed in school. I have one, 1.5 hour session on Monday... which is lecture - we basically get taught how to drive...

and on Saturdays I drive with a drivers instructor. There's 3 other kids in the car.

Yesterday we learned how to parallel park! whooo! I did excellent too! :)

I can't do it until I turn 15.

I turn 15 august 24th where as everyone in my grade [9th] has already turned 15 and this year will be turning 16.

So when I get my permit everyone else shall be getting their licence
Ugh.
:guilty:

im in drivers ed at my school now.
we have two 2hour classes monday and wednesday.
I drive two times a week during study hall, Monday and thursday.
And I observe my friend on tuesdays.

:drive:

I took a week long class in the summer, 5 hours a day. Then I got my permit on my 16th birthday (that's the law over here) and I get my license on April 14th.

I'm taking some driving lessons too. I had my first one with the instructor on Friday night. I did pretty well but she said that I'm agressive with my speed lol.

I finished the drug and alcohol and the permit test online. It was the most boring thing of my life. My eyes burneddddd because I sat at the computer for 4 hours.

I can't take the actual course until 2 months before my 16th.
So I'm probably taking my Drivers Ed on the Xmas break.
It's freaking expensive though. Like 700 dollars for me to sit around and be bored?
I've been taking the preparation online quiz over and over again, and I can get the minimal pass mark without reading the book...
So I have a feeling Drivers Ed is going to suck the life out of me.

In my school, we have a course of Driver's Ed, where we go to that for one semester instead of gym.
We learn all the numbers and rules and boring stuff there.
Then we take the test at school.

When we pass that and turn 16, we have to hire a driving school to take us for 6 hours of driving.
Then we get our permit.

I just finished driving school, I've had my permit for a week.

I already took Driver's Ed. It was a waste for me because my teacher has been in the school for over 40 years and she tought my mom at the school. She would fall asleep randomly in class. I already knew the stuff she taught us too. I passed the test to get my permit so all i have to do is wait for my birthday to get the 6 hours.
