I Just want to double check——the most efficient strategy if you have a car is to drive to all the parks except Magic Kingdom? I can’t remember why it was better to take the bus to MK. Could someone remind me? We are going to the EMH parks each morning since we are staying onsite. How much prior to the posted EMH time should we plan on arriving at the park? Thanks so much!

If you drive to the MK, you have to park at the TTC and then take either the monorail or ferry boat over to the MK. If you take Disney transportation, you are dropped off in front of the MK and only have a short walk to the actual park entrance.

Largely depends on how much hopping you plan on dong as well. Taking WDW transportation or Uber/Lyft can really make that easier.

Most people say it's best to take the bus to MK so you can avoid having to park at the TTC then take a ferry or (unreliable) monorail to MK (and then again in reverse when you leave).

If I am onsite and have a car I'll usually only drive if I have a mid day break planned at a resort (whether mine or another for lunch). But if I am going between two parks and back to my resort the car stays parked.
