Drive Time-SSR to parks

We will be stating at SSR May 23-28. We will be rope dropping all 4 parks (MK twice). We will be getting to the parks via personal auto. What is the expected drive time from SSR to each park first thing in the morning? We obviously don't know where exactly out room will be withing SSR.

It would be faster to take the bus for Magic Kingdom.

Do not drive to MK if you want to rope drop.

Yes, @TheBigErn remember that driving to MK means parking at TTC and then taking ferry or monorail over to MK itself. Bus drops off at MK entrance.

20 minutes in the car seems about right. Door to door from your room to standing in line at the gate, I'd give it 40 minutes. Also agree, don't drive to MK for rope drop. That is the road to sadness and despair, even with the trams back.

I actually don't hate arriving at MK via the TTC, but I haaaaate leaving MK via the TTC.

Something to keep in mind, although it might not matter for you - the only trams currently running from theme park parking lots are those in the Magic Kingdom parking lot - and I agree with others that MK is not a good one to drive to. The other 3 parks have not yet restarted trams, at least not as of a couple weeks ago - I could have missed it. But it might mean a little extra walking, depending on your parking space. Just additional info to consider.
