Drive time from Windsor Hills to SW & Universal?

I'm new to this board and would appreciate your help. Our family of 3 will be driving from Nashville in early Oct. for 7 nights in Orlando. We plan to visit Universal Orlando for several days and Sea World for 1 or 2. The on-site hotels at Universal are outside of our budget. But some of the 2 br condos in Windsor Hills seem to be a terrific option!! However, I really don't want to be tied up in traffic for extended periods of time. A 20-25 minute drive is not a big deal for me... Is this a realistic time allowance from Windsor Hills to Sea World and Universal?
I really don't have any idea about the proximity between the two. Thanks!

That is about right or less depending on lights, traffic etc. but that is a good approx. We went off season and made it in less time then that always. We also know our way well.

5 minutes to Disney World
10 minutes to Sea World
15 minutes to Universal Studios
20 minutes to Convention Center
25 minutes to Downtown Orlando
One hour to Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico

It took us about 15-20 minutes to get to Universal depending on traffic and a little less to get to Sea World. Have fun! We were at Windsor Hills last May and are returning this April/May!!!

We have driven from nearby Emerald Island to Universal several times the last two years and I agree with the times suggested. It is really easy and relatively quick.

We were there over Xmas & didn't get caught in any traffic - drive times are about right. It really isn't that far on the I4. It's great to get to WDW from MH. Have a great holiday.

I've rented plenty times from the WH area and ONLY go to Universal. The drive is approx 20 mins and painless. Enjoy!
