Drive time for WDW to KSC

Hi we plan on staying out first night in titusville and will be picking up a rental car at MCO. The next day we will be going to KSC (on a sunday) and have to have the rental car back to WDW (not MCO) by 4:00 in order not to get charged for another day. How much drive time should we give ourselves?

Traffic should be light on a sunday aft going from the coast to MCO.

Are you going on to Disney then? How are you getting there?
