We are going down for free dining in Aug. We are a family of five so unless we find really good airfare we usually drive. It takes about 16 hours.

This year will be our first time going during hurricane season. I'm a little nervous about it & am wondering if I might feel more comfortable driving. I have spent the last couple of weeks stressing about cheap ticket prices, inconvient flight times, taking a chance of being bumped & missing my Chef Mickeys' dinner. :rotfl: Then I started worrying about flights being cancelled do to weather, being stuck at the airport while others are trying to evacuate, etc. Maybe we'd be safer if we just drove. Then if there is bad weather we can always pack up & make our way home instead of waiting for a flight.

So, what do you all think? Then again, if I get a 49.00 ding I just might change my mind. :teeth:
