Drive from DL to SFMM Friday Morning

Hey everyone! I'm heading to DL with my lil brother and friends tomorrow and we will be doing SFMM on Friday for his birthday since we have season passes and there's MNSSHP that night at DL and I was wondering what traffic will be like. SFMM opens at 10:30 but I'd like to be there by 10:15. Will an hour suffice or should I calculate for longer? TIA!

Traffic is heavy on I-5 before 9am. After 9am it generally isn't bad. If you left DL at 9am or a bit after you should be fine. Traffic back on a Friday night could be a bit slow through downtown L.A. area and again about 10 miles north of DL but nothing major.
