drinks included in the price of buffets?

We are not on the dining plan, we were wondering if basic drinks are included in buffet price?
We will be going to Crystal Palace, 1900, Akershus, Chef Mickeys...

Yes, sodas, juice, coffee, etc. We had breakfasts at CP, TH, Ohana and all regular drinks were included.

And refillable at that. Very important in the hot Florida sun.
