Hi all, we're going on our first trip to DLP in three weeks, and want to be as prepared as we can, so i came across this forum by accident. Thanks so much, have found out loads already by reading threads.

Anyway, im hearing conflicting things about can and cants. Ive read the park etiquette etc on their website and thats its fine to tak drinks and snacks etc in, but i had heard also, that you can buy big cups and use them over and over each day? has anyone ever heard of this?

Theres 14 of us going, 6 children so will get through the drinks.

would be grateful for any advice

no, unfortunately there is no refillable drinks provision at DLP. Bring a bottle of diluting juice with you in your luggage and fill up plastic drinks bottles for the kids to take with them each day.

Theres also water drinks fountains dotted around the park - these will be marked on the map/park guide you get or pick up in the parks.

Hope you have a great trip!

ahhh many thanks guys. we are all very excited. i have been before but was there to help look after my cousins for my aunt and uncle when i was 14, so am really looking forward to going bk 16 yrs later and taking my own children.
will definitely be looking forward to looking at the other threads. have already picked up lots of useful tips from here already.
Ive been today and brought squash and need to go buy the girls some decent drinks bottles :)
