Drinks around the world- Epcot

Thank you all! Just got to Disney! Checked in at POR Riverside... can't wait to start my week here... I'll let you know how I do ok Friday at Epcot and what I decided to try.

Rose and Crown Pub also does a very nice Cider and Black (cider with a shot of black current juice) I usually get this when drinking around the world as my usual Guinness is a little bit to heavy.



Where do you get this in the Mexico pavilion? I usually just do a tequila shot, as the margaritas in La Cava, although delicious, can be a bit sweet when drinking around the world.

Best tip, as others have said, stay hydrated! On that note I also suggest using the restroom whenever you pass one, just in case!

OK, I have never heard of a Cider and Black. Is this a sweet drink? I don't like beer, but LOVE Cider....just curious...its sounds good..lol

Rose and Crown uses Strongbow as a base which is a dryer cider, so the black currant juice adds a little sweetness, but it isn't a super sweet juice on its own, it is one of those juices that is tart with a slight sweetness. I don't like most sweet drinks but I enjoy the cider and black as something different that I really look forward to when I think of Disney and Epcot.

They have switched the type of Strongbow they have on draft in the past couple years and it's a lot sweeter than it used to be (they don't even sell the Original Strongbow in the US anymore ).

I love the Strongbow in the bottle that I get and I love fruit...so I am thinking yeah baby!!! Thanks for the recommendation!!

We do beers instead of other options (though I usually also get a Dole Whip with Rum along the way). DH and I share, usually we get a beer flight whenever that's an option, otherwise we get one beer at the pavilion and share it. And eat something at least every other pavilion. We usually sit for a while at one of the tables outside of the American Adventure for a good rest in the middle.

where can you get a Dole Whip w/Rum in Epcot? This is news to me!!!

I had a Snakebite & Black one time. It's cider & harp (a snakebite) with the black currant. Not quite as sweet. Super yummy.

where can you get a Dole Whip w/Rum in Epcot? This is news to me!!!

It's in a kiosk near Canada
