Drinking water at Seaworld?

I expect it will be very hot when we visit SeaWorld and we will need to keep well hydrated. Can you easily get cups of ice water at counter service like you can at Disneyland? Are there plenty of water fountains or are we expected to pay $3+ for bottled water? I have heard they are very strict about outside food and drink - does that include water bottles or hydration packs? I appreciate any information anyone can share on this topic.
