Where can you fill your mugs up at the fort? First time having them.

You can get the mugs at the meadow store, not sure of the others.

Does anybody know if the RFID mugs are operational now at the Fort, and if so, how long the time interval is between fills? Thanks!

I do not know first hand but I do believe they are now at all disney resorts.
The time between refills is just under 3min.

Actually you can't refill at the Meadows unless you're in the mood for coffee or hot chocolate. The soda machine is gone. Sodas can be filled at the pool snack bar during snack bar hours ((very limited right now) but its not self serve. We were very disappointed as refilling their own sodas is a huge vacation treat for our kids. In fact, we really are getting very little use out of our mugs as a result. If we had been prepared for this change we may have forgone the mugs entirely this trip. We found out through experience so hope ours helps someone else!
