Drink Size with QS?

Anyone know what size drink comes with your meal at QS?

My first time on QSDP and if I remember correctly there are two different sizes of bottled waters and fountain drinks in the parks. Can you get the larger size with your meal on the plan?

You can get any size fountain drink or any individual serving of bottled drink. You can also use a snack credit on a drink if you want (at QS or resort shops), same size restrictions apply. Ex. you can get a 16 oz Minute Maid orange juice but not a gallon of water.

this sounds like a question my family would ask!!! DH and I drink a lot at meals... wait staff is constantly filling up our drinks!!!

It seems to depend on the CM that you have taking your order. One time the CM taking our order at the Mexico Counter Service (sorry, can't remember the name, the one before what is there now) would not allow us to order a large fountain drink on the DDP, but the one taking my mom's order at a different register did allow her to order a large. Same thing happened to us at Pizza Planet one time, except this time we were allowed to order larges and my mom was not by the CM taking her order.

That said, in three years of using the dining plan for 10 day vacations each time, those were the only two times that we had a CM not allow us to order a large drink (when we asked for one, we don't always ask for a large), so in general you seem to be allowed a large. Just be aware that you may get a CM who says no from time to time.

I must be the only one who always gets turned down when I have tried to order a large drink with the dining plan. I have tried at least 4 different times, and each time I have been told that I can only get a medium drink. I am going to have to start watching the counter to see which CM's allow the large drinks before I get in line to order.

The only two places where we couldn't get a large drink was at the French bakery and in Mexico.

Yes, I would say they are pretty comparable in size to what McDonald's has.

Ive always been able to get the larger ones. The difference is so insignificant though, I am almost positive the medium is 20ozs an large is 22ozs.
