OK, my fiance keeps asking so i figure i better do a thread. If we buy a refillable mug at all star sports, can we fill it up at AKL?

In a word, no. You can only refill your refillable mug up at the resort you bought it at. I think at the values you can fill it at the food court at Movies, Music Pop or Sports.
