I often wear camisole type tops and then put an overshirt blouse on when the air conditioning chills me. These are dressy, tasteful tops and not the beach variety. Is that acceptable for dining at a signature restaurant in the summer months?

Thanks,

I would see no problem with wearing those, with the exception of going to Victoria and Alberts.

that's what i wore last september to narcoosees:a cami top with a light blouse over it - dressy but not too dressy

Judging from my recent trips to some of the signature restaurants, you could wear a bikini and cut-off shorts and fit right in. :sad2:

But yes, I think that your outfit is definitely nice enough for the signatures (not V&As).

Thanks guys! I just didn't want to be tossed out while the rest of my family (all males!) sat down to enjoy their dinner. ;)

Off to the World on Thursday for a quick 5 day. I can barely contain my excitement!!! :goodvibes

That's what I wear about to about 90% of our signature meals. I love a dressy cami.

Or
. . . tattered jean cutoffs
. . . soiled muscle-man t-shirts
. . . grungy tennies
. . . scruffy looking baseball caps

considering that even T-shirts are now on the list for signature dining - you definitely will be fine

Unfortunately I concur with these comments. We just got back from WDW and we ate at Cali Grill and Narcoosee's. As I sat at Narcoosee's in particular, I laughed to think of the threads on these boards where people were AGONIZING over whether a "certain" type of flip-flop might not be considered dressy enough, or not. I saw many people I would classify as "slobbish." I also saw many nicely, casually, and comfortably dressed folks, which was more to my liking, but WHATEVER. Disney could, seemingly, care less.

Both meals were awesome by the way.
