Dressing or Stuffing

Live in Colorado and I mostly hear stuffing, although have also heard dressing. Whatever floats your boat.

Am I the only one who puts sausage and sage in their stuffing?

oh no! My dad makes the best dressing ever! He uses ham sausage, sage, thyme, celery, hard boiled eggs, walnuts and other stuff that he won't divulge. It is fabulous!

I call it dressing and I use cornbread but no biscuits/bread crumbs. I do not use sage but I do use poulty seasoning, onions, celery and I make my own turkey broth. I do not stuff the turkey, I cook the dressing seperately. Sometimes I make a small dish of dressing and add chopped cooked oyters....YUM! My mom made giblet gravy for my grandpa, it tasted good but the thought of giblet....YUCK.
