Hi all!! I noticed the last time I was at MK that lots of the little girls were dressed up like princesses. I know that my DD4 would love love love to wear her Belle gown to walk throughout the park, and especially love to wear it during our lunch with Cinderella in the castle (really...what little girl wouldn't
). My question is this...has anyone done this and had a pleasant princess at the end of a long day at Disney???? It seems like the dress may be uncomfortable after a while.

So I gave in and she dressed as Belle, Aurora, Snow White and Minnie during our trip. I always had a comfortable outfit with us, but my little princess never wanted to change. I did make sure she had comfortable shoes. We found some white leather sneakers at Target with charms on the laces and she loved them. (She has rather wide feet, though, and we ended up finding similar but more expensive shoes at Stride Rite.) We went in January and it was never hot. I can't imagine that she would have been so comfortable in the heat in those dresses. It was lots of fun and she was called a princess many many times!
