I know a lot of little girls wear princess dresses to the parks. I don't know if dd, age 4, will want to--she's capricious on attire.
I have noticed when she wears longer (say to her lower calf) length dresses they interfere with playing. For example they make it harder for her to climb things at playgrounds. So I try to buy knee length or shorter dresses for everyday wear--she wears leggings with them.
Do the princess dresses pose those problems at the parks? Get caught on things or make it hard to get in and out of rides or play on the Swiss Family Robinson a Treehouse, etc, etc?
I have seen some "everyday" princess dresses on Etsy that don't seem to be full length and maybe those would be a good idea? I'm sure they would make them even shorter for me. . . . .
