what is the dress code for Nappa Rose, Ariel's and Wine COuntry?
Summertime.... Thinking capris/summer skirt and sandals (not flip flops).... still going to tour parks b/a

I've never been to Napa Rose, but when we went to Steakhouse 55 we wore nice shorts and a dressier shirt in the summer. I dont' know NR has a dress code, but I doubt it. I'd dress up a tad for it just to be nice. But I'm sure someone else knows for sure. For Ariels and WCT everyone just wears what they are wearing in the parks because that is where they are.

When I was at NR there were people in jeans and tshirts. There were also people dressed formally. I would say there is no "code", but etiquette wise I think a skirt and nice shirt would be appropriate. I wore a skirt, blouse, and sandals when I went.

I have no worries that your going to be fine. You said a skirt and flip flop, and that's perfect. It's what ive worn to those places before in the past. The only dress codes I can think of is that Disneyland parks say you arnt to wear anything scandelously inapproprate in something you know the public shouldnt see, People over the age of (12 I think it is, I hope someone corrects me on this) cant dress in character costumes, and heely shoes are banned. If you are spotted wearing such items, you can be denied entry for the day, told to leave the park to change before returning, and in worse case scenerios banned from entry.

Since these restaurants are located inside the parks, Disney knows that unless your Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) who is known to visit Disneyland wearing 9 inch heels and is dressed to the nines in designer wear as she chooses fashion over comfort in Disneyland :sad2: (I cant imagine wearing heels in the land! OUCH!), the majority of people in the park are going to be dressed casual comfy like a regular tourist is expected to be. You often see people dressed in shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, flip flops, dresses/skirts, sweat pants and hoodies, Jeans, and sweaters. Every once in awhile you do see someone dressed up, especially for places like the Blue Bayou or Nappa. But as long as you look respectful in your tourist wear the restaurants wont have an issue with you dressed as you are. :sunny:

flip flops is just fine to wear at wine country tratt, specially in summer, it's hot there and they have tables outside, so park wear is accetable.

I haven't eaten at NR but I've walked past it plenty of times (we like Storyteller's a lot) and we saw people dressed in shorts and tee shirts/tank tops/flip flops all the way to people dressed much nicer in slacks, skirts, nice shirts and even a full suit once. :)
AG we have eaten at plenty of times, we've never had any issues and our standard park attire is jeans/shorts and tees/tanks. We do wear tennis shoes, never flip flops or sandals but we've seen plenty of people in sandals or flip flops at AG. WCT, same thing, we ate there in standard park attire, jeans and tee shirts. remember you are at DLR, they will not care what you are wearing as long it's appropriate for the parks. :)

I think that is a good way to put it.

My family of 5 is trying to select a couple of restaurants for dinner while we are at DL/CA. We are staying at the Disneyland Resort. My two guys are 10 so they are considered adults, but one only eats dairy...mac and cheese, cheese pizza, grilled cheese. We are looking at Goofy's, Ariel's or Storybook Cafe. Can anyone recommend andy of these? Or is there something better that I have overlooked? Thanks. :yay:

Is this just for breakfast? Or is this for other meals?
