Disney's dress code is no bathing suits, tank tops, torn clothing. You are going to see people dressed way up and people dressed way down at most of the more casual signature restaurants (I consider Narcoosees one of the most casual out of the list).

Sure. I don't wear pool/beach flip flops, but nice slides or cute, little strappy sandals with capri pants all the time. FWIW.

Absolutely. Kahki Shorts, a nicer shirt (polo) and sandals would be perfect attire for Narcoosees.
