Dress Code Question

Is there a dress code for dinner at any of the following? If so, what are the guidelines?

Chef Mickey's
Ohana's
Teppan Edo
Mama Melrose

No dress code required, park clothing is fine, tees shorts sneakers flip flops etc

Never been to Teppan or Mamma Melrose, but I have been to Ohana and CM. I do not ecall there being a specific dress code, as most people prolly head there from the parks so they would be in casual clothes, tennis shoes, sandals, etc. Now when I have eaten at say Cali Grill, I was told outright that the dress code was business casual. So I think if there is a dress code, they will tell you upfront. I hope this helps!
