Will it be ok for my Husband to where dress pants and a nice button up shirt to Lumiere's? or will he look out of place?

maybe we are at triton's? Please help we are on the 4 day Wonder. Will nice dress pants and nice dress shirt be ok?

A 'jacket' is requested for your evening in Tritons/Lumiere's BUT you will see many people dressed as you suggested for you husband.

wovenwonder......I thought Webmaster Michelle stated that they relaxed the Jacket requirement in both Lumiere's/Tritons except for formal, semi-formal nights.

When we sailed this past January nobody wore jackets in Lumiere's on the non formal nights.

I haven't been spending near as much time here on the Cruise Board. I must have missed that. I did just jump on Dave's site and checked out the Western Navigators and it does NOT list any request for Jackets at Lumiere's except on Formal and Semi Formal nights. Thanks for the Heads up -- and I have to say that it is a welcome change in policy for me!

I just looked on Navigators on Dave's site for the Wonder 4 day, and it does list a jacket as 'recommended' for Triton's. Although my husband enjoys bringing a tux for formal nights on cruises, he has already said that he is just bringing a dress pants and shirt for our Wonder trip since there is no 'formal night'. I hope he will not look out of place. But, I can't blame him for not wanting to bring a jacket for one night when we are spending 4 nights in WDW before 4 nights on the ship.

kmc33...you are right...I just checked the site as well. At first I thought it was from an older Navigator but the date is from this past January. But I am sure Michelle had stated that they have relaxed the Jacket dress code.

I thought that maybe it's stated differently on the 7 day because if the formal nights fall on nights that you are NOT in Luminere's and yet you still were a jacket the nights you dine in Luminere's then you (well the guys) would be wearing a jacket most nights for dinner!

DH and I like dressing up for formal nights on 7 day cruises, but we were considering our land/sea trip (first trip to WDW and on DCL!) most casual. I hope it's true that the jacket requirement has been relaxed!
