No. DreamWorks Animation is a separate company and is not part of DreamWorks SKG. It won't be included in the distribution deal.

However, if this deal with Disney does go through, might it mean the return of Roger Rabbit to the big screen? We'll just have to wait and see.

I do not believe that Katzenberg (or Geffen for that matter) are involved any more with Dreamworks SKG. Katzenberg is CEO at Dreamworks Animation, which was spun off into its own entity some time ago and is completely unrelated to this deal.
