Dreams Unlimted?

I am thinking of booking with Dreams Unlimted for next year, I was wondering if I can just deal with them by email for making changes and stuff?

I booked with Disney USA this year and got a bit fed up with ringing them for every thing, however I don't want to book a traditonal packages with a UK travel agent as I like the felixblity that Disney USA offer.

We used Dreams in April and I only had contact via email. They ask you what you prefere when you request a quote.

The email contact was always quick and my agent always let me know when she was going to be away from the office.

They get a from us as we no problems at all.

We used Dreams last year for part of our holiday (a sojourn to Universal). They get 10/10 from me.

We have used Dreams (Beth Czada) for our Disney cruise next year and they (and Beth) get a from me as well.

Only ever dealt with them by email - they are very quick to answer - not sure if staff work from home as some of the replies I have had back have been at times I was not expecting her to be at work.

I will certainly use them again and will also use them to get quotes for the extra few nights accomodation we need next year.

I have used them for my reservations at Wilderness Lodge & Yacht Club for this coming December. Kathy Werling is my agent and we have only had contact by email. She replies quickly to all my questions and changes and I would give them a 9/10. My only minor critism is that her emails can be very blunt and to the point, they can lack pleasantries such as Hello etc but I can live with that she has done everything I've asked. I would use them again.

I've used Dreams twice now (Sue Ellen has been my agent) and have been very happy with the service - all done by email. All emails have been replied to quickly and they have done everything I asked. Can't fault them.

I have used them 3 times and cannot fault them. Everything is done by email and they reply really quickly I think they are excellent.

I requested room rates from the yesterday, they were so fast and helpful

I emailed Beth yesterday for quotes on 3 deluxes for a couple of nights next year and she came back really quickly - also the prices were cheaper than those being quoted on Disney.com

Are they able to quote next years prices yet? I'm looking at June and was told when i contacted dreams a month or two ago i would need to wait untill Aug/Sept to get a package price.

Yes, Disney released the packages at the weekend for 2009.

Sue Ellen is my agent for next years cruise. Booked a while ago to secure secret porthole room and $100 onboard credit then onboard at Easter I rebooked to get my additional $200 onboard credit plus 10% off. Got home and emailed Sue Ellen who sorted out everything cancelling original booking but keeping the cabin, got my $300 to spend and the 10% off. It was all so confusing to explain but 1 short email she knew exactly what I wanted, great to deal with a company that understands what you are trying to do.

I made my booking with them yesterday, they are so fast to reply. It's great the way the plan everything for you. I am very impressed
