Does DU update the "client services" reservations status on their website? I have a reservation at the Dolphin thru DU. I have paid for the room in full. It still shows that it is not paid. My check has cleared and the Dolphin acknowledged the receipt via a reply to an email that I had sent. I have sent 2 emails to DU informing them that I have paid.

As I remember from my experience two years ago, everytime I made a payment, it showed about a week later. I made my payment in full about one month before our trip and received all my goodies after that. :Pinkbounc :bounce:
Have you emailed your agent directly? Try this email: webmaster@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and see what type of response you get. Also try this phone number 1-888-374-0494 as it's for any questions you may have about your reservation.

Nothing spectacular, but just got me more excited about my trip...I got my itinerary from my agent, my luggage tags, and a pamphlet explaining about what was then called the DISCOVERY MAGIC PACKAGE. The luggage tags were really neat though! :teeth: ::yes::

Doris I would just call the number I gave you AND email the webmaster so you can find out what's going on. I'm pretty sure I received my stuff about 30 days out, at the latest two weeks. Call anyway for you peace of mind to make sure all is okay. If Dolphin is acknowledging your payment has been made, I wouldn't worry too much, but it's good to have that confirmation anyway.

I would give them a call to be sure everything is straight. I just called with my final payment (1hr ago) and my ressie is already updated. They have not updated the park hours on my tentative itinerary.

Keep in mind that different reservation types get different things.

The Swan/Dolphin are booked through DreamsRES which is a different division of Dreams Unlimited than the Disney Resorts.

Also, package bookings get a package mailed to them (the luggage tags and such) and room only reservations only have the online confirmation information.

DorisDVU, it appears you are booked through the DreamsRES department. Definitely send over an email to find out about your reservation.

I finally got a response from my emails and the payment has been credited. Thanks for all of the advice.
