the last time I made a reservation with these folks - I got an email with all my information.

this time nothing. I got a confirmation number that appeared at the end of my reservation request. no dates no resort.

did I do something wrong?

I'd try emailing the agent who processed your quote or reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com . They'll be happy to look into this for you.

I had the same thing happen to me. When I used them a few years ago, all was fine with emails, etc. But this year I heard nothing from them and finally had to email them. They had sent emails, but I had not received them; we think my internet service provider (local cable company) was not letting them through. The Dreams agent finally emailed me using his personal email address and then it worked. However, it was so difficult to contact them that I made the rest of my arrangements myself.
