Hi all
As you all probably know by now (from my Virgin Fiasco Thread)
that Customer care/Customer service are important to me.
I also like to give credit where credit is due.
Although I have booked most of my holiday myself I elected to use the services of Dreams Unlimited to book and plan my last four days of my holiday which is at AKL.
I was alloacated a planning advisor by the name of Shirley Ahmed.
From the moment I used this company I have been impressed by their level of customer care.
Shirley has not only regularly updated me with the state of my booking, but has also provided me with invaluable tips and suggestions (like you all). In fact she has bent over backwards to ensure I had everything I wanted. I cannot thank her enough.
She is a credit to her company and and I would recommend her and the company to you all.
I today received my final "plan" that she prepared which is 14 pages long.
And what has this high level of service cost me?
NOTHING its FREE
Now that is what I call Customer Care.
