Does anyone know if we can visit the office in person to book a cruise?

Not sure about actually booking but I know you can visit their office in person. I did that once but I will say it was back in 2017 so not sure if anything has changed.

Also, if you are already working with a DU TA, I don't believe they would be at that location.

Haven't booked yet....just a reason to have lunch down there.

Good question. Their office is a TINY store front and it appears they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, open 10am to 5 pm Monday Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
It is my perception that their agents all work remotely from home, which is very common these days in the Travel Agency.
