We've used Dreams Unlimited to book 15+ cruises and several stays at WDW. We've also booked Adventures By Disney trips through Dreams Unlimited. Very happy with their service and the On Board Credit for booking a cruise through them is very nice.

I used DU to book our first cruise upcoming in May and can't recommend them enough.

Their response time was very quick. I also contacted Small World, and while they were nice, the responses weren't as speedy or as helpful. Beth (mentioned above too) was extremely helpful in booking the exact room I wanted and even called tech support a couple times for me when I was having issues adding the reservation to my Disney account.

You also can't go wrong getting the best price + OBC. I say go for it!

I would totally book with them but found the process to be pretty straight forward to do on my own. However, they are really second to none when it comes to outstanding customer service reviews.

We love Beth at Dreams. She gets back to me within an hour every time. She's been so helpful and answers all the questions I have. I booked our first cruise on our own and was afraid to give up control to a TA, but after using Dreams I have booked every cruise since then with her. I love the OBC that they offer too!

I booked my first cruise a few months ago with Kathy Werling. She has been very responsive. She made a few changes that I requested over the last month. Changes were made the same day. I havent asked many questions at this point, but I am sure she would just as responsive. The on board credit is a plus. I would use Dreams Unlimited again for a Disney Cruise.

I highly recommend Dreams Unlimited! Kristie Bennett has been awesome, answering my questions quickly, and making changes/requests when I need them. I have used them twice and would do so again.

Absolutely recommend Dreams! They send you a wonderful gift bag before your cruise with numerous items that you don't necessarily think of that you'll need on your cruise, you get an onboard credit, and if you're sailing out of Port Caneveral you can stop by their welcome center and get another free gift! You don't lose any control of your vacation by using them. You can still be as much or as little involved as you want. I, as @CampbellzSoup , usually book everything on my own but I've done all my DCL through Dreams and have been very pleased. It's worth it for the onboard credit and gift bag alone (not to mention supporting the boards).
