If I ask a quote via internet and e-mail, am I in the obligation to buy the cruise if the price doesn't suit me or it is simply a quote for information and after I take my decision ?
Yes that's all it is is a quote. They then give you a certain amount of time to book. It tells you this in the e-mail you get from them. If you don't respond to the e-mail, it goes in the recycle bin.
Most of the time the quote is too good to pass up. It's almost impossible to resist....almost
We booked thru them for October but unfortunately, we had to cancel the cruise part of our vacation but the TA's are wonderful to deal with.
The nice thing is, they won't spam you either! I am always leery of giving out personal information, email, etc. because so many places on the web bombard you with spam. But DU will not.

Boy, did I mess up. I *forgot* to check back after I submitted my request until it was too late....do you think I should resubmit and just make a note to DU that I made that error? Boo hoo
