Hello!

I emailed Dreams Unlimited regarding tickets with transportation (from Disney) to Universal with a couple of questions on Aug 10, but I haven't heard back yet.

I am hopeing someone here can help me.

How do you pick up the tickets? I have read about the e-tickets machines at the parks. Do you stick in your credit card and it spits out your ticket?

I will be buying a 2day-2 park ticket. Will it be one ticket or do i have to use the e-ticket machine again on the second day?

I read there is a processing fee. Is that just if you want to pick up your ticket from a person or is it on the e-ticket as well?

I am going with a friend and we are buying our tickets seperately, when i call to make the reservation for pickup can we do both at the same time?

On a side note, as my friend and I are Canadian, to call to schedule pickup on our cell phones would be really expensive, could anyone tell me how much it would cost to call them from a pay phone?

You will be given a code. When you get to Universal, you will go to a kiosk, swipe your credit card and enter the code. It will give you 1 ticket for the 2 days.

You should be able to call Mears from your hotel room. Check if you get free local calls. You should be able to book both of you with one phone call to be picked up at the same time.

When buying tickets through Dreams Unlimited, do I just purchase a HHN Stay & Scream at the park when I pick the tickets up? Or do they have them at DU, also?

I don't know for certain, but I would imagine that they can get your HHN tix as well. They are very accommodating and helpful. Try sending yout info in via their website and you can talk one to one (via email) with someone that can answer all of the questions for you.

You'd have to purchase the HHN tickets at the park. S & S is a discount for HHN tickets but you have to have your park tickets in hand to the get the discount. Just go to Guest Services when you arrive and purchase them there.
