I'm curious how many people here have booked with Dreams Unlimited and how long it usally takes them to get back to you. I have put in two requests for pricing over the past three weeks with no responce?????

Ive booked with *********** twice in the past and always had great service, but I do like the higher room credits they offer here.

Have you checked your junk or spam mail folders to see if the quotes are in there?

Oh wow, that's a long time. I recieved a quote within 8 hours. And that's just because I requested the quote at 11pm. By 7 am the next morning, the quote was in my inbox.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Same here, 1st time user, have not heard back from them, after waiting 2 weeks, I book with someone else.

Same here - put a request in at like 10-11pm, and the next AM, quote was in my mailbox. Have NEVER had a problem with DU and their responses. My DU TA is the best :dance3:

You should e-mail john@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com

My agent has always been very quick to respond when I email or send for a quote. I would definitely email John at the email address the previous poster mentioned.

As soon as you submit your request, you get an automatic email from DU confirming receipt of your request. If you don't see that, in either your regular inbox or your spam or junk mail folder, then there was probably a problem with the submission.

I've had great service from Tracy, Kelsie and Tammy at DU, and Webmaster John is always helpful when people have any significant problems.

I booked my August cruise with them and don't recall having any trouble hearing back from them. They booked for me the day that the 2010 cruises became available and got me a SPH stateroom. It was a lot less hassle than having to make the reservation myself (on a school day!) and I have an onboard credit of $75.

Please do email John. He is FANTASTIC! I know he will help in any way he can!

Maybe it didn't go through or check your junk mail? I have always received a quote between 1 and 3 days later. I have always received an email from them within a few minutes confirming that they received my request and would get back to me shortly.

Three weeks is a long time to wait. Hopefully you're not trying to book a cruise with limited availability.

My response from them took several days, and I'm not sure the booking would ever have been accomplished had "WebmasterJohn" not intervened. Based on posts here, I suspect the agent to whom you are assigned makes a huge difference. I must say that I loved the automated e-mail from the agent I was assigned to that in essence said "Don't bother me for 5 days because I'm going to WDW."

IMO 2 or 3 weeks is an indicator that the request never went thru. I guess I should knock wood - I've never had a response problem that went more than 24 hrs. Last time we designated them as our TA when we rebooked on the cruise. As others have mentioned, you should contact John directly & he will get to the bottom of it for you.

I booked our upcoming cruise w/ DU. I had a response to my first email within a couple of hours. All other emails have been answered in less than a day.

I have to say based on my dealings with Jonh, I wouldn't hesitate to book with dreams.

I would send them an email and see if they see your request, I know that I had mistyped my email address so of course they responded but it went to my non exsiting email address. A quick follow up email, to dreams discovered this email.

It was such a silly typo too. I combined two of my emails into one. LOL

i always use them...even if i book on-board i transfer the ressie to them...they respond quickly so something must have happened to the email u sent...either it failed to transmit to begin with or the response winded up in your junk mail...

Another vote for DU here. I have never had a problem with response from them. I agree with the advice to contact John - he will get you all squared away.

I did not book with them because they took so long getting back to me in many instances. We did have a few questions that we were going back and forth on with a specific agent and she just wasn't answering very timely. I also did not like that I could never get said agent on the phone.
