Dreams Unlimited Travel Opinions....

We work with Stacey Wood at DU for all of our Disney bookings (WDW and DCL). I cannot recommend her highly enough! :flower3:
 
I booked with Dreams Unlimited for our first Disney sailing (October 2016). Was happy with quick response and handling of a room change. I even got a follow up reminder about purchasing insurance at the deadline (bought direct with travel insurance provider but had her quote initially).

I like their website for payments, too. I was able to make interim payments at my leisure.
 
I am a huge emailer and appreciate a fast response...and Beth has been awesome, any question or concern is quickly responded to. Where if you book direct, your best chance is calling, and I personally prefer email.
 

How early did you contact your TA before the next set of cruise itineraries were released? We want to book a Feb 2018 cruise.
 
Our TA will send an email as soon as she gets new cruise itineraries, usually 2-3 days before booking begins.
 
Does DU still do the baskets? The reason I am wondering is this 1st time cruise is a surprise for my whole family, and if they ship a basket to our house, no surprise. I can call them ahead and ask them not to deliver. Is there anything in the basket that is useful on the cruise?


It comes about a week before you sail. We have receive two, both had the same items. Insulated tumblers, magnetic clips, dry erase board, highlighters, glow sticks, watch and handi wipes. May have had a deck of cards can't quite remember.
 
We use Tracy, and we have been pleased! The gift basket arrived about 3 weeks before our upcoming cruise. I really like the magnetic clips and the dry erase board. We book with them primarily for the OBC.
 
We have used DU for most of our WDW, DCL and combo vacations. Merrie has done a terrific job for us in the past and is helping us with our upcoming combo vacation later this year.
 
Michele Snoddy is my DU TA. I have booked 4 cruises and two WDW trips with her. I decided to book with DU for the OBC and felt uneasy at first to let go of being in control. Now I enjoy the convenience of having someone else booking and making reservation changes on my behalf. I am a teacher and it is so much easier to have someone knowledgeable to take care of my vacation bookings. I really do not have the time to wait on the phone. I used to book WDW myself and now appreciate Michele's assistance.

Michele is always prompt in responding to my inquiries and requests. She once was on the phone for hours to grab special WDW offer for me. I still book excursions, fast passes and dining reservations on my own though.

Also, Michele always let me know when she would be away and refers me to her other colleagues if I need assistance while she is away. Tracey helped me once to book on opening day while Michele was away, and she was wonderful too!
 
We have used Tracey for 3 cruises. I would say she is adequate but nothing to rave about.
 
I think we've used DU for 15/20 of our cruises. No problems what so ever!
