Hi all,
I put in a “request a quote” a little over 2 weeks ago and haven’t had a response yet other than they confirmation email when you submit the form.

Has this ever happened to any of you? Are they so busy that they can’t keep up? There’s not a phone number or chat feature so I don’t know how to follow up on my request. Time is money when booking a stay at DL so I’m sure the hotel costs have gone up since my inquiry.

Any help is appreciated!
 
From their FAQ:

- It's been over 24 hours since I submitted my request, what should I do?
A - If you have been waiting 24 hours or more since you first submitted your request to Dreams, we suggest you write to us at reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com so that we can investigate the status of your reservation. Please include the reservation ID number assigned to you when you first submitted your request so that we can research it more efficiently.
 
I'm surprised you are patient enough to wait 2 weeks. I contacted Dreams for a quote a few months back and didn't hear back within 24 hours so called Disneyland reservations directly as the discount had just been released and I didn't want to miss out. Luckily I did as when I did get a quote, it didn't include the Chase Visa Discounted rate that I had mentioned I was looking for so I'm glad I did it myself. I want to give Dreams my business but when it comes to Disney discounts, the early bird gets the worm - sometimes 24 hours (or in this case, 2 weeks) - makes the difference. Good luck!
 
I've never had it take more than a couple of hours after submitting the form, at most, to get a quote. I have used Dreams 3 times in the past year and have 3 more trips booked with them as well.
 

The first time that I requested a quote, I got nothing back. The second time I approached them, I received a quote and a message that the agent was about to go on holiday. I asked for how long they would be away and for them to contact me on their return and heard nothing back. I ended up using another TA.
 
I'm sure you have, but make sure you check your spam folder too. I haven't tried Dreams yet as I already had a TA when I discovered the podcast, but her stuff initially went into my spam folder.
 
I’m currently using them now I’ll update my experience as I usually travel on my own.
