Dreams Unlimited reservations (fax charge card?)

I was looking at making reservations thru Dreams Unlimiited but I see in their FAQ's that I must fax a copy of my charge card to them. I am not really comfortable with that. Has everyone who has used them had to do this? any alternatives?

I'm using Dreams for my trip in Feb, and am actually paying off the rest of the hotel tonight. They also take the credit card info over their 800#, so you don't hafta fax the info.

I remember having to do this for the first trip I used them for. It wasn't a problem and I have been very pleased with their service. So much so that I just returned from the third trip I have booked with them.

We entered our credit card number in on-line and had no problems. We also liked them so much that we are using them again for our second trip!

Hi golfknut,
I just want to clarify with you that when booking "room only" Central Reservation booked reservations, Disney requires us to send to them a faxed authorization, signed by you, authorizing the use of your credit card. This is their standard procedure to protect you.
